Every tattoo, live-sketch and oil-portrait option has a fixed duration and price, with no additional hourly charge. HST is shown before checkout; travel and approved custom production are quoted separately.

Your event details are saved before checkout, but the date becomes reserved only after Stripe confirms the 30% deposit. Travel or venue-specific costs, when applicable, are reviewed and added to the remaining invoice separately.
It is applied to your final invoice and reserves the confirmed date and artist team. It also allows us to begin creative planning, equipment and supply allocation, venue coordination and, where tattooing is included, applicable public-health notifications, vendor applications and compliance preparation.
At the secure deposit checkout, you authorize one automatic balance charge to the payment method saved securely by Stripe. The remaining 70% is scheduled for 14 days before the event. For tattoo services, we release that charge only after the required permit or public-health approval is confirmed. If approval arrives after the due date, the balance may be charged immediately.
The selected fixed package covers its stated service time and format. No additional hourly charge is added. Travel, special production and venue-specific requirements are quoted before booking.
For Ottawa tattoo events, public-health organizer and vendor applications generally need to be submitted at least 14 days before the event. More notice is recommended, and requirements may differ outside Ottawa. We confirm the applicable health-unit and venue process before booking.
Ottawa Public Health does not permit invasive tattooing at outdoor special events unless it is provided from a compliant enclosed mobile unit. Every proposed setup is reviewed before confirmation.
